IMPORTANT UCC FORMS NOTICE
Effective July 1, 2013, the Texas Uniform Commercial Code Section has adopted new forms. A thirty (30) day grace period will be allowed beginning July 1, 2013 and ending July 31, 2013, whereby the filing of previously prescribed forms will be accepted by the Texas Secretary of State. Beginning August 1, 2013, all other forms will be rejected. The new forms are available in fill-in-the-blank format via the links below.
